
Anyone who knows me knows I love food. It’s an inside joke between us all. I primarily write Poetry and Fiction, but I have always been fascinated by food writing. I admire the way people can write essays about different types of food.
I am 1/4 Maltese, so that gives me something different to draw on. This is why I have created my own Substack Newsletter, The Maple Moon. It is completely free to subscribe (for now at least), and I will be writing lots of different articles on food, with a few recipes thrown in.
