I’ve looked at all the advice columns for mental illness, and the one thing they tell you to do is talk. So, I am worried about;
money
the house
getting ill (surprise)
my career
my weight
my appearance
COVID
the future
death
love
being pretty
being admired
being desired
not being good enough
grief
everything
Sometimes, we are, labeled as, “mentally ill”, only because, we experience, interpret things in this world differently, than, the next person, when the truth is, everything we experience is, subjective, unique to us, individually, and, there’s no right or wrong, in how we process, everything we encounter in our, lives.

I definitely experience the world in a weird way. My brain is a unique commodity!
