I’ve looked at all the advice columns for mental illness, and the one thing they tell you to do is talk. So, I am worried about;
money the house getting ill (surprise) my career my weight my appearance COVID the future death love being pretty being admired being desired not beinggood enough grief everything

Sometimes, we are, labeled as, “mentally ill”, only because, we experience, interpret things in this world differently, than, the next person, when the truth is, everything we experience is, subjective, unique to us, individually, and, there’s no right or wrong, in how we process, everything we encounter in our, lives.
